I needed a pretty simple website and I went with this seller based on recommendations and reviews. Personally- this experience was a little frustrating. The seller ultimately completed all of the revisions that I requested- which were quite a lot. However- from my perspective- because my website was so simple, and it was one that the seller had perhaps done before and was familiar with-- I felt like I got the "bare minimum" and little to no attempt was really made to customize it to me as a person and a business. As a result- I had several revision requests. As we neared the end, he seemed to be "ready to be done with me" and I could feel that vibe in his communication.
