:Depending on what hosting u use and if u paod a premium for the webhosting controlls what he can do so if ur using free WordPress he wont do mucb because he relies off of plugins for someone of the extras. He also cant make a portfolio in wordpress free. So if ur using a free wordpress account to see if u like it before u pay a decent bit of money just to run ur website u might not want to choose this seller
:He just orders directly with wordpress.com free hosting (limited access, can't install any single plugin with free hosting) and wants me to design a portfolio website. No response to message and wants everything without buying any hosting
